A native of Miami, Florida, Rose Ann spent her childhood on the waters of Biscayne Bay and cruising abroad with her parents. After a decade spent in Washington, DC, Rose Ann made Fort Lauderdale her home and joined her father in the family real estate development business he founded in 1955. Having served as the President and General Counsel of the Lovell Companies, Rose Ann brings over twenty years of experience in property management along with her training as a lawyer, state certified building contractor and real estate broker to the Dockseekers team.
